- IT strategy owner and process selection owner for in store/online Coupons and Membership 3rd party provider through RFP process.
- Retail Store PoS /CRM Rollout - Product owner and senior business relationship manager for rollout of Store PoS and CRM solution for 700+ store rollout with interfaces to head office accounting, BI systems and Supply chain solutions. The product is in use on the high street today and over 20m customers have interacted with it.
