Peter set up HITS in the Summer of 2018 having spent over 25 years in various IT roles and held senior IT positions with High Street retailers such as Dixons Carphone and Specsavers. At Specsavers, he was the first IT leader for Specsavers Hearcare, overseeing the migration of the IT systems from a 75 column excel spreadsheet to a bespoke CRM solution. He then provided IT thought leadership and an IT solutions roadmap to the Hearcare Board with the respective systems enabling the group to double sales in 18 months.
Whilst it's just me, here at HITS, I have a large network of fellow IT professionals I can reach out to. They have many different IT backgrounds such as Chief Data Officer, CIO, Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Programme Manager, Project Manager and Business Analyst. Should an assignment require skills outside of my own area of expertise then I won't be calling Ghostbusters, but I do know who to call.
